Purchasing Goods & Support & Services.

We are not VAT registered, all prices are in GBP sterling. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any advertised price or support or services at anytime on the Computer Woes website.

Liability.

If for any reason a service or support option is not available you will be offered an alternative. We cannot be held liable whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying Support or Services by any reason or cause beyond our control.

Governance of the Terms and Conditions.

English law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
