We have a clear & simple pricing structure - we only charge by the hour, our hourly rate is £16 per hour (no VAT is payable), A 1 hour minimum charge applies.

Call Out Fee's?

We do not a charge a call out fee for travelling time to your home office or business.

Quote's & Estimate's?

In the event that the your problem is not resolved within the first hour, we will provide an estimate of how long it could take and will only continue, When we are given the go ahead by you.

Payments?

Full payment is due upon completion of all work agreed. we accept payment in cash, company cheque or by personal cheque (with guarantee card), Payments can be make online also, and a full receipt will be given.
